The inspiration for Better On your Body came from the founder’s personal experience with Natural supplements and specifically MSM. Having seen the effects of this incredible mineral – Often referred to as "The Beauty Mineral" we were inspired to formulate and develop a line of products for the care of Skin, Hair and Nails.
We scoured the published Patents granted the gentlemen who discovered and developed the consumable form of natural sulfur (MSM) and set out to develop products that would replicate the astounding results they documented to receive these patents
After endless market research we could not find any products that embodied the potential of MSM enhanced with Carbamide as documented in the transcript of the patent granted specifically for it’s positive effect on Skin, Hair and Nails. We also learned that antioxidants, key ingredients that can prevent and even reverse environmental damage were available only in trace amounts by the large national brands used obviously as a marketing angle to capitalize on the growing popularity of these supplements.
We teamed up with a formulator and set out to develop truly effective products based on what we had learned. It took almost 2 years of trial and error formulation to perfect our first item. We were beginning to understand why it had never been done. We found including significant amounts of MSM, Carbamide and antioxidants in one product to be extremely challenging. We persevered deciding that if we couldn’t develop truly effective products that were simple, economical and effective we would abandon the venture.
